She is a dentist version of a chiropractor who only wants to milk everything out of you they can, even at the expense of the patients health. Not interested in filling the basic needs you might have, only figuring a way to charge you for things that keep the cash coming in. Front desk is manned by a well dressed but nasty person. And good luck getting her to answer the phone. The woman running the front desk is short tempered and priggish. Practice only concerned with marketing and patients with fat wallets. Never had a dentist actually turn around and walk off in the middle of a question before her. She ought to open a spa to compliment her practice. I've had a number of bad dentists, she isn't even the best shyster I've seen. I'd accuse her of letting something get worse so it will cost more to fix later, but I just think she has her mind on other things and misses problems. Worst teeth cleaning I've ever had. I wish she would just be honest and have a sign above the door that says "Okay, we admit it. You really are too much trouble". At least I could respect that. They wont follow up, even when they promise....Over all a really nice looking, bad practice.

I honestly like this practice; however, when you try to reach them, the d*** phone rings all the time with no option to leave a message. It seems like they aren't understaffed, but I don't know why 30% out of 100% I would get someone on the actual line.

If you are busy, it's frustrating to be calling 10 times throughout the day and go nowhere. This is my honest experience here with no fluff added out of frustration.

I have to point out another disappointing experience with my most recent visit. After a handful of regular check-ups, I was always told I had no cavities. After having sensitivity issues, I made an appointment and come to find out, I was pushed to an endodonist. The endodonist was the person who told me I had a hidden cavity. Um. Why didn't the dentist know this? Although it was "hidden," these situations aren't all that new to dentists. -- I had to get a root canal as a result of this unknown cavity.

This one bad experience shouldn't tarnish their good rapport, but I feel like regular 6 month visits should be taken seriously before huge issues come about. The staff and dentist are all very friendly. The location is well kept and clean. Other than that, all I have to say is good luck when calling to make an appointment.

Update: Following up with my earlier review... I have now switched to another dentistry practice. The dentist here definitely gives me more attention and care. Would it be a surprise for me to say that my new dentist found another hidden cavity!? I can understand if Dr. Rayburn missed one of my hidden cavities, but how can you tell me time and time again that I have NO cavities then BOOM, the endodontist and my new dentist spot one cavity after another.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Rayburn's practice. What's the point of taking x-rays each time I come in if they aren't going to assist in discovering my cavities? At this point, I would NOT recommend their practice to anyone even if their prices are a bit lower than my new dentist (the only positive attribute I can point out). Deducting one star in light of this new discovery.

Newest update: I am deducting another star since there have been new discoveries. 9 cavities have popped up after careful review. This place have screwed me over since the root canal exhausted my benefits. Do you like paying $1600 out of pocket for something that should have been caught with regular cleaning visits? Believe what you like, but this is my experience with them. Plus, they acted unprofessional today when I asked to have my old x rays.
