Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Dr. Mark Tyler is one of the worst examples of bedside manner I've ever witnessed as a patient. I've never felt more judged and discriminated against ever. First, I have to mention that I'm a tall, large male, in my early 40s. I went to an appointment with Dr. Tyler complaining of recent dizziness. My wife was with me (she likes to go along to see how I'm doing) and Dr. Tyler essentially took me at face value, told me I needed to lose weight unless I wanted to put the burden of taking care of a stroke victim on my wife. He was a complete prick. He had no knowledge of my history, fitness, metabolism, or anything else. He was just rude and lacked even an ounce of patient sensitivity. Total jerk.
