One thing that's been so annoying about Dental One Associates, is that they NEVER answer their phone. On top of that, they don't have call waiting so you have to leave a message and wait for at least two days for them to call back that is if they ever call you back! Their staff is unprofessional and clueless, I went back and forth with them for days just for them to figure out if they take my insurance. When I finally got an appointment, I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Whitner talked to me with his mask on the whole time even when he was showing me my x-ray. My appointment was in June, by august i received a letter saying that their claim to my insurance was unsuccessful. After speaking to my insurance rep, I found out that a check had been mailed to them two weeks ago and not only that, they over-billed me for $48. Of course when I called them up, nobody picked up the phone. Left a message and up until now, I'm still waiting for them to call back. I may have to pay them a visit and give them another piece of my mind. I have called and complained to the office manager before and nothing seems to change. If i could give negative stars to this place, I would. I had one office visit with them and i'm done. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE.

They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
