Obtaining medical records from this office is extremely frustrating. I called and was told that the person that copies records is only available on Thursday and that I need to allow 5-7 days to process the request. As a patient that made me very upset as now I have to reschedule another very important appointment because your office could not help me. To me that is very poor business.

They offer the fair pricing. Quality care by a very competent physician. I highly recommend Dr. ridenour. Very clean facilities and caring staff. I have never felt unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
