I took all three of my kids here for years. They never tried to pressure us into buying extra services and always answered all of our questions. In fact, there were times when they helped me save money by not filling a cavity on a baby tooth that would be coming out soon. They could have easily taken advantage of us but they didn't. They were always careful to see what my insurance would cover before suggesting services. They were gentle when the kids were little and mine always thought it was a treat to go there. In the middle school years they lectured my kids to get them to try harder to improve their oral health habits but never in a rude way. I would still take my kids there now but we are on a plan they don't accept. It's an HMO. I never knew how good we had it until I had to go elsewhere!
