My daughter has been a patient there for 3 years. All I can say is run as fast as you can from this place!!! I took my other daughter to Dr. Lindsey in Carrollton, and decided to try Orthodontic Care of Ga for my second daughter because it seemed to be a good bit cheaper, and I did not have dental insurance on my kids. The service that Dr. Lindsey and his staff provided with my first daughter was a million times better than what my experience has been with the second daughter's care. It almost always takes FOREVER for a visit to this office, they almost never answer the phone, I have not been impressed with the orthodontic care at all, they do not send a monthly statement like Dr. Lindsey's office did, and they have messed up my account several times. I asked for a detailed statement today and I can't even tell you all of the mistakes on it. It looks like they have tried to sneak some charges on my account that I never agreed to. The lady who talked to me about it when I called back (after I had a chance to really look at it) didn't have a clue about anything. They cancel your appointment if your payment is late. Since they never answer the phone, I have left message and message the few times that I have had a question about anything and not once has anyone returned my call. You better hope you don't lose your reminder card, or forget when your appointment is because they are not answering the phone, but if you by chance miss the appointment they won't hesitate to charge you a fee. Also, it may seem like this place is going to be cheaper than the better orthodontic offices around, but in the end they add fees on and it is the same price as the others with the better care. The list goes on of my problems with this place. They don't seem to care at all about the patients. It's seems like they just want to herd patients in and out the best they can. Super unorganized. The lady there who worked on my daughter today was even complaining to her about working there...saying how unorganized it was and how she had never seen anything like it. I would recommend Dr. Lindsey or Dr. Woodall. I am a good costumer, and I rarely complain about anything but this place is a joke. I wish someone would have told me all of this before I took my daughter there.
