Their primary concern was helping my child, and they only give us the advice that would benefit us the most. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. The staff was very nice and allowed my daughter to "examine" the tools before they used them to examine her. Dr. Cosette worked with my daughter's pediatric ENT in another state to provide surgical care that was very well done. He is short and to the point, but not rude in any way. I felt like my daughter was very well taken care, pre-op, during surgery, and post-op. I didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment for my son for his 3 week post-op appointment. His surgery was also performed in another state using the same doctor my daughter went to, and this doctor did not have any qualms with Dr. Cosette continuing his care from this point. To me, that speaks volumes.

I had made an appointment for my 4 yr. old son who has a speech delay to have an exam. After a long wait we went in to see a Physicians Asst. who was wearing her white lab coat. My son started to react badly as he had incurred a brain injury and has some fear of Drs. resulting from the injury.
I explained that if she removed her white coat he would stop panicking and I explained that it was because of his brain injury that he had a fear of Drs. The assistant rolled her eyes. and said "I'll go get 3 people and we will hold him down." Naturally this attitude infuriated me and I said "that's OK" and walked out. This all took place within a period of 2 minutes.
I then received a bill for $170 for no treatment or exam of any kind. This was after the $40 co-pay. The bill stated he was uninsured. He was and I called and spoke with the office manager and she was a broken record insisting that I pay the bill for no service and a rude staff. I ended up paying the bill as I was threatened with action via a collection agency and credit reporting. This by far is the worst, uncaring, and unprofessional medical office I have ever been to.
