My daughter was referred to Dr Mcminn by Dr Sutton six years ago. She was six years old. Dr Mcminn and his colleagues offer a guidance program that helps reduce the need and duration of the braces. We paid an initial $50 fee and then for the next six years all of her her appointments and ex-rays were free. When it came time for braces, her father faught me. Apparently, he had bought some insurance that did not except Dr Mcminn and so the Ex threatened me with court. Long story short, I sadly was forced to go with the new doctor. Dr Mcminn was so surprisingly awesome about this. He armed me with information I would need to make sure everything was done right and that we felt as comfortable as we could since we were both distraught. I thought this was very honorable of him to not be mad at us after all that work he did for six years. We felt very cared for. The office is a great place to be. Everyone is so nice. We have been invited back for any help or questions we may need in the future. Thank you to the Drs and staff of Idaho orthodontics. Much love, Jen Judkins.
