Dr. Newcomb has done many root canals on my family members. He is wonderful, kind and gentle and they all love him! Sometimes when a patient has an infection, it is important to clear up the infection with antibiotcs before doing the root canal. If the infection is not under control, starting the root canal could lead to a major infection within the body. I trust Dr. Newcomb, he knows what he is doing and knows what is best when given a situation.

I was referred to Dr Newcomb by my dentist to have an emergency root canal. Upon arrival at his office, he saw no need to perform the root canal right away and sent me home. I was told to come back in the morning. That night the abcess around my tooth broke. My mouth and neck became swollen and I experienced the worst pain of my life. The next morning, he cut my gums to drain the infection that was in my gums, again he sent me home without performing the root canal. Enough is enough with this inexperienced dentist, I went to another endodontist who performed the much needed root canal. Dr. Newcomb had the nerve to send me a bill for his services. This man is a JOKE!
