This office has a friendly staff, but charges for consultations and x-rays that are 'recommended' on your first visit. After the initial meeting with Dr. Kemp, he never actually worked on my child, leaving that to the other partner, whom we were never introduced to. The office is clean and tidy, staff friendly, but it is an orthodontic factory and I do not feel like I was provided with quality attention. Once we signed the contract to begin treatment, we were just another number.
