We screened a lot of orthodontists before we selected one in Palatine through our dentist network for our daughters. Our orthodontist prefers Micheal Steichen because of the quality of his work compared with outhers in our area for any oral survgery for his patients, and he is part of this practice.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. It was pretty amazing. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
