Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
This man is an Insurance company YES MAN. I had two surgeries before, he thinks I didn't need them at all. I wouldn't send my dog to him. He appears to be a "know it all". Claims my current neurosurgeon would do a fusion even if not needed.
