I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I have gone to Dr. Anderson since I was a child. He's always very friendly and his office is in a very convenient location from State Farm. His staff is very helpful and nice.
