He graduated from Loyola University Dental School in 1978 and was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree "cum laude." His orthodontic training and residency was completed at the prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1980 where he also earned a Master of Science degree. Dr. Eltink is a native of Wisconsin, and stayed in the Midwest for his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. While in college he continued to pursue his love of music as a member of the university’s "Band of the Fighting Irish," and was able to follow the school's football team around the country and around the world performing in such venues as the Fiesta Bowl, the Orange Bowl and Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland. He was also a member of the "Skalcoholiks," a ska band that rocked the campus music scene for two years.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) as a double major in psychology and pre-professional studies from Notre Dame, Dr. Eltink continued his studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated as the valedictorian of the class of 2002, receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree and earning many high honors and awards.

The office was easy to find. They're nice enough, but don't always give a clear answer. When I asedk a question, they would give me some info, but if I asked them again at a different date, they give me different info. I would ask them why they gave me a different answer, and they'd try telling me it was all in my head and I must of made up the first answer (I didn't). I'd often have to do research on my own to find the answer to my problem. I'd feel smarter finally asking someone else what the real answer was. Thankfully, I've had my retainers for over 10 years now, and only contact them if there's an emergency. I would recommend finding someone else to do your orthodontic work.
