I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It makes me a little uneasy to hear other dentists talk about this place, because they usually don't have good things to say. I'm not sure I should even return.
