Fatal unpleasant,barely English speaking

My wife went there with minor pain condition, she right now suffers unbelievable pain from root canal done on the healthy tooth ….
I base on the opinion from my wife, mother, my wife's friend and one random person.
Belmont Austin Dental Center. They lie ! They steal ! They botch the work terribly !
Be bewared of that shady place run by a person lacking good manners.
My wife got them recommended by a friend. Later it appeared the friend had some unnecessary work done after we consulted that with other dentist !
My wife went there with minor pain condition, she right now suffers unbelievable pain from root canal done on the healthy tooth. They did root canal on the healthy tooth ! They also said she had other root canals to be done. All that findings were seriously doubted by my dentist (dr. Marfia from Precision Dental Partners, Bufallo Grove, IL ), who is my long term dentist. Apart of botching the work they overcharged us on $120, they wouldn’t give me a receipt for services performed ! The person lacking good manners running the place hang up on me when I was asking what services they performed as the bill felt too hefty, she said I need to get there in person to get the list of services performed ! At the end the final bill was reduced by $120 ! They also destroy my wife’s shirt with some medicine and they didn’t want to reimburse ! They didn’t prescribe antibiotics and they cracked the tooth leading to infection and terrible pain of my wife. They were extremely rude by the time of visit as well !
After the situation I consulted with my mother who got screwed by a dentist as well if she by a chance didn’t go to the same place. It turned up she did ! Bad that we didn’t think about it before my wife got into that booth.
My mother went to that dentist with some implants to be done, they took $2300 upfront. After my mother discovered that they overcharged her she wanted money back. They said they already ordered all implants. My mother argued they couldn't as they didn't take all the measurements (they measured only upper yaw). They just egregiously lied ! After many appearances they eventually returned the money.
I heard from random person (assistant of my dentist, when we were clearing infection after so called “dentist” from Belmont Austin Dental Center ), that she got double billed there. They charged her for whatever her insurance was charged as well !
