I will never go to this dentist office again! This is the worst, incompetent dental office I've ever seen. I lost a filling in my tooth. I called this office to inform them of my issue. When I called, I informed them that I had been seen there two weeks before. I explained that my filling came out and I had a hole in my tooth. I was told that I could not come in that day to be seen, “MAYBE" tomorrow. The office staff person informed me that she'd call me back to let me know, but she never did. Two weeks prior I had a series of dental x-rays done. Well with a gaping hole in my tooth and the possibility of my nerves being exposed I franticly found another dentist that would at least take a look. To make a long story short, I needed to take more x-rays for my new dentist the following day. I called to request my x-rays and they are holding them hostage. They stated they had to make copies and I had to pay $25.00 for the copy and was unsure how long this process would take. This was a deal breaker for me. I will never return to this lousy establishment! Good luck if you ever have a major problem…Hopefully they could fit you in if you are having an emergency with your teeth. Good luck.
