I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
