Had a tooth pulled first visit the nurse was very rude did not care if I was there or not. Second visit I was having pain in my gum where the tooth was pulled. Surgeon showed no compassion whatsoever and when he injected me with numbing medicine made no attempt to be gentle. The surgeon and his nurses acted like they were doing me a big favor by taking care of me. I have never been treated so badly by a medical professional before in my life. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I think the sugeon wanted me to wait and see what happened with the pain in my gum but I had already suffered enough! Had him reopen the gum and do some work to the bone. I left feeling very confused and stunned as to how these people can get away with treating their patients this way. The first visit I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The second visit, they got me in the day I called. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were available when I called with more questions I wanted answered. I had a chance to visit both of the oral surgeons and would highly recommend either. Their staff is friendly, reassuring, professional, and made the whole experience that much better.

In response to the negative posts, I believe the patient's family may have not understood procedures with general anesthesia. The separate exit goes right to the parking lot making it easier to get the patient into their vehicle.
