Dr Kelly assisted me during a recovery from a head injury during an auto accident.

He is the finest professional and most qualified neurologist I have ever seen. I moved away from town and have missed his treatment dearly. My family has several doctors in it and I grew up in working in hospitals. Dr Kelly is simply the best I have ever known.
