I love going to Ogden Dental! Dr. Lakota is such a great dentist. He makes me feel comfortable with his easy manner and knowledge of every question I have ever had about my teeth and mouth. I love that they have TV's in every room, and that it doesn't look like a typical dental office, or even smell anything like a dental office. When I walk in, the girl in the front always greets me by name, unlike at other offices that tell you to take a seat or sign in. I feel like they all take the time to get to know who I am. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is great at his job and still takes the time to give treatment options. Thank you Dr. Lakota

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
