I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
