They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They work 3 days a week VERY long hours, but on other days, if you need to call or contact them, you won't be able to do so easily. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. While I wasn't completely impressed, if someone was in need I might point them here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Although Dr. Wilson is professional and courteous, his office staff can be somewhat lacking in that area.

I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail in regards to the billing department. That is all that seems lacking in this office. They are friendly and seem competent other than the billing/reception area.
