Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their "Business Manager" has a total ghetto attitude and acts rude and condescending to everyone, especially if they call about their bill. She also is unfriendly and does not belong at a "front desk."

Dr. Ross's nurse, however, is very nice and GREAT. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but Dr. Ross's nurse is very nice and she greets by name I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
