I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

The place is a ripoff ... I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any.
