Dr. Seywerd has been great in trying to diagnose my issues--spends lots of time considering and going over my options with me. He is a real gem and very knowledgeable about his field of medicine. The waiting area and exam rooms leave a lot to be desired. I wonder if they are HIPPA compliant as it's easy to hear the receptionist on the phone as well as people in the adjacent exam room--doors left open, etc. makes it not a very private setting. Waiting area is loud and not very clean. Office staff is just not that friendly.

Dr.Seyward is a very nice, extremely smart doctor. I just cant believe how rude his staff is!! He needs to get rid of them or have them take a class on how to deal with customers,awful!
