They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

If I had not signed a contract with this office I probably wouldn't continue to visit it. The main issue I have is that I rarely see the orthodontist when I visit, and when an orthodontist does see me, she always stands behind my chair, looks into my mouth, and never has a face-to-face interaction or even introduces herself. My first appointment, I met with one of the partners in the name (Dr. White), but I have never seen him or either of the others since. The technicians do all the work and don't explain to me what they're doing, why they're doing it, or what I should expect next. Some of them have forgotten important things (like replacing the elastics around each bracket, or not securely attaching a bracket), so I've had to waste my time and return another day. The one time I was 15 minutes late, they would not see me and I had to reschedule for another day. In addition, I don't feel that my treatment is moving along as fast as it should. I started out treatment at another practice (but then moved so I had to switch), and I noticed a lot more results from week to week than I have since I've been at White, Greer, and Maggard.
