Not professional at all. ! Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. One thing that's been so annoying about Eastland Dental Center, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
