While he can be pleasant and even a little funny, he tends to be aloof and in a hurry. He abhors filling out FMLA and insurance paperwork which isn't difficult if he would just sit down and take 10 minutes or so to do it instead of wasting time complaining about it.

All in all, he has a good practice. But, for my next bout of kidney stones, I will try another urologist.
