Visited for simple cleaning etc and maint. possible bridge replacement. As a physician myself, I expect some professionalism and courtesy. Instead I was greeted with money issues (I have 3 insurance plans, 100% coverage, and the assets, cash, and ability to buy this practice). More concerned with payment than medical issues. Pitiful. VERY unprofessional on their part (Provider maintains responsibility for this, not staff, unprofessionalism.) I can find (and HAVE done so) many equally competent or better skilled persons than this Bishop, locally or in Lexington (also local). I recommend patients/clients go elsewhere. Anywhere.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
