He is a jerk. That's about all I can say. His staff was always nice and professional, but not him. He has cursed AT me while I was in the chair, and once stabbed my tongue with a plaque scraper until it bled to see if I was numb. I was, but I could taste the blood in my mouth coming from my tongue. I cannot speak of the other dentist working out of his office, but I wouldn't take my dogs to him.
