Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
