Walking in it feels a bit like a visit to the '60's on the surface. Everything was comfortable. Then we go to do a crown and its electronic, no goop in the mouth, they scan it, tune it with cad cam software while you watch and a 3-d printer produces a perfect crown in minutes. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. Easy to schedule appointments.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Their prices are very expensive, especially if you do not have insurance. If you do have insurance, they still bill you later for what the insurance didn't cover, even after paying the co-pay and visit fees on the appointment day. The staff is almost always different each time I visit, and the nurses all seem new to the profession. I love Dr. Oubre because he is intelligent, straight forward, and patient with his patients (no pun intended, lol), but he is very demanding and impatient with his staff. This may explain why he seemingly always has different staff members when I visit. Overall, I love the clinic but the prices are very high.
