There were only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. I was occassionalloy given suggestions that would have had serious negative effects on my health if I had followed them. I was treated politely, but my concerns were not heard.. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service elsewhere. There treatment of young, type I diabetics is not on a par with other groups or clinicds. When I got a second opinion from a diabetes specialist in Boston, I was actually told not to follow the insulin or diet schedules. I will never return. I would never refer any of my family and friends to them. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
