Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. If you want the truth, I care about onely one of these, the safety of the neighborhood. What I care about MOST, is the doctor a GREAT DIAGNOSTICIAN! ARE ACCURATE? ARE THEY COMPASSIONATE? I am EXTREMELY picky about my physician...have followed Dr. Farzan for twenty plus years, due to his excellent diagnostician capacity, (I entrusted my son to his care as well,), but would recommend him hands down, for the above reasons...as I really wants someone who has a broad knowledge base when it comes to finding out what's wrongl This is imperative. It's also not easy to master many areas, but the family physician must! His staff is very compassionate as well, and are always 'going the extra mile', to help. I've stayed with him, though I've moved, because I know that he cares about his patients. Also, his partners do, I have not a single bad thing I could say about he or his partners...except that perhaps they care too much at times. Dr. Farzan has made it his business to put the patient first, and will even dispute other phsycians, when he feels he is right. He will fight for, and get for, his patients, the most appropriate, compassionate treatment available. I've also seen this in his partners. I've complete confidence in Dr. Farzan. I have followed him now from three practices. He's been my family doctor in the Merrimack Valley the entire time I was there...and I know a fair amount about medicine myself...have had two years in a Harvard based nursing school in a larger Boston Hospital. Often physicans are reluctant to disagree w/one another, and yet while he will not "talk about" another, he will treat each individual, as HE FEELS is correct, even if it is not in agreement w/another. What is best for the patient is what motivates his decision.
