I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain. They also mix up patient appointment. They think it a small mistake but I t hink they should be more accurate in what they do. When it come to getting the patient correct chart to the accurate patient and not the wrong one. They need to be more focus on their work then online. They are not accurate in what they do.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Beware before signing up for their orthodontists, we have gone through several in a period of 2 years and now they have not had one for about 4 months, so my son's braces have stayed on for an extra 3 months just because they have no orthodontist

Not at all. They ignored my questions

A little. I wish they had been more gentle

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
