Education Dr. Mansour Moheban, a 1969 graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, received his post doctoral certificate in periodontics from the University of Maryland College of Dentistry in 1972. For more than three decades, Dr. Moheban has been honored to serve his patients' dental needs.
