I went to this surgery with a chipped tooth. The dentist put a filling on the chipped tooth and insisted on repacing an adjacent crown. he insited that although I was having no difficulty with the crown there was a problem. After taking out the old crown he realized that there was no probelm with it and that he had beenmsitaken on whatever he thought he saw on the X-ray. He then told me his machine was broken so he could not do an imediate crown replacement. It took months for the replacement crown to arrive. In the meantime I went to another dentist. The temporary crown that had been installed was too big and caused significant discomfort and damage. I needed gum surgery.
The prep work for the 'new' crown was inadequate and had to be redone.
It cost me about $3000 to repair the damage done at this practice.
When I asked for the dental records and X rays to justify why the crown had been removed, they were 'lost in the mail' without copies being retained at the surgery.
The filling on the chipped tooth had to be replaced after about 10 months.
This was an awful experience.
