Dr. Ali is extremely honest, friendly and down to earth and the fees are cheap, and the office is always on time. He’s very familiar with many drugs/sidefects. His helper is wonderful, she makes you feel like you're friends, they're a great team. I enjoy going!

I have gone to this dentist office twice. The first time was for an emergency chipped tooth. They said it would be $10.00 but after the procedure charged me $85.00 I let it go because I was happy that my tooth was fixed. I then scheduled a CLEANING AND EXAM and the receptionist handed me the card with my appointment. I had to reschedule for today and it was by far the most terrible experience EVER!!!
The receptionist told me to call her if I could come in early which I did and she told me to come in at that moment.
When I arrived at the appointment and checked in the receptionist told me that I would have to pay $75.00 for a routine visit because they do a "special" "better" cleaning and of course it is not covered by my insurance. I explained that I was never informed of that and would have gone somewhere else had I known about this extra charge. I told her I needed to step outside and make a phone call. I returned 5 minutes later and told her that I wanted just a standard cleaning nothing"special" she told me that was not possible, I told her that was ridiculous. She then went back to the dentist who said he would waive the fee but that my appointment for today was cancelled and I would have to come back!!!! WTF??? I told them that was unfair and how could they cancel my appointment I was standing right in front of them. I am 100% sure that you will be scammed out of your hard earned money if you go to this dentist and that they will lie to you so that they can steal more of your money DO NOT EVER EVER GO HERE AND PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON
