The Greenbelt office location is not very kid friendly and should be primarily focused on adult dental care. I was not satisified with the quality of work that was done to meet my child's dental care needs and had to return several times to have her fillings replaced that would constantly fall out. I consulted another pediatric dentist who informed me that the work would have to be redone in spite of the fact that I spent quite a bit of money to have it done at Family Dental. The return visits caused unnecessary burden to my child and they stilled tried to bill my insurance company for the repairs on the fillings that they didn't do correctly the first time. If the work was done satisfactory the first time, then there would've been no need to return nor would the work need to be redone. If they couldn't do what was required, then they should have not billed the insurance company or should've made a different recommendation for treatment. The office staff is nice but they are very young and some are unprofessional. I recommend taking your child to a better pediatric dentist and recommend that you do not waste your money or your time at this place. If you choose to do so, then I wish you better luck than I had.
