Just moved to the area with my family. I called to make an appointment with the receptionist. not only was she rude but she called me a bitch and hung up in my face. if this is the type of healthcare and service that's being provided I will take my families business else where... this office should be closed down.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
