We brought our child to this dentist and had a good experience with both cleaning and to have cavities filled. Our child received dental care in her school, so we did not need to make an appointment the following year. We called today to make an appointment and were told that since our child has not been there recently, she is no longer considered a patient and would now be a "new patient" and that they are not accepting new patients at this time. The staff were rude and clearly do not care about patient retention. It is clear that they treat patients differently depending on the type of insurance they carry. In a state where poor dental care is one of the largest health issues, it is clear that providers and practices like this are only worsening the problem by limiting access to dental services.
