It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.

This doctor was smug, lacked the ability to have empathy and had a very dismissive nature. Unwilling to entertain ways to increase my overall comfort for the procedure. He then informed me that my request would be one that no oral surgeon would agree to. I knew he was wrong so I went elsewhere...to an oral surgeon that took the time to understand my needs and work out a solution. That is what a good surgeon does...Dr. Ellis is not that kind of surgeon.

Honestly, I would not send my worst enemy to him. He is a disgrace to the profession in my opinion.

If you have special circumstances or suffer from extreme dental anxiety do not use this surgeon. There are other options. Look in Augusta!
