They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I noted that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
