Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
