They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
