Not impressed with the new management. Went to check out after my cleaning and they told me I owed them $800. When I asked why they told me I ordered a bite splint 3 years prior and insurance didn’t cover it. I had to remind them that they were the ones that suggested I order a new one because my insurance DID cover it. They also never sent me any correspondence suggesting I owed them anything and they said “we didn’t send anything because we kept deferring the invoice” which is something I’ve never heard of a company doing. I decided to find a new dentist and asked for my records to be forwarded to a new dentist and they just decided to not send them. Had to make a second request.
