Had a scheduled appointment for 11:30. They asked that I arrive at 11:15 and I did. At 12:00 I asked as to why my son had not been seen yet - hadn't even been called back to a room. They informed me it would be at least another 20 minutes. This was for a consultation. I told them I was leaving. They informed me "we are a specialty office and sometimes surgeries run longer" - well I would suggest they do not schedule consultations on the same day as surgeries to not run into this problem. People have to work and for me to miss 2 hours (by the time I ran home to pick up my child, waiting time in their office, and to get back to work) is unacceptable. People have to work to be able to afford the care. Absolutely unacceptable wait time for a scheduled appointment and also to ask that I arrive early!
