The doctor answered every single question, and he was available if I think of any more questions. Some of their staff was friendly enough, but mostly they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff is one of the more imcompetent that I have delt with in doctors offices. I've asked to have perscriptions called in and it's taken several phone calls to actually get them to do it. I like the doctor but not his staff. The doctor is helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
