The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
Have been our family doctor for YEARS and he and his staff have become a vital part of our family , he is family! We adore Dr Rocco and couldnt of been blessed more then him. I would recommend him to anyone!
